Individuals with active substance use
Anyone requiring 24/7 medical supervision
Those who cannot safely live in a shared-housing environment
Individuals with violent or disruptive behavior

Step 1 — Complete a Short Application

Step 2 — Schedule a Quick Consultation
We’ll review your application and schedule a short phone or Zoom call to confirm eligibility and answer questions.
Step 3 - Move Into a Safe, Stable Home
Once approved, you’ll be added to the waiting list or placed in the next available room that meets your needs.
